Library Cards
Your Library card allows you to borrow, and place holds on physical and digital materials.
An OSMPL Library membership is free if you:
- live in the Township of Otonabee – South Monaghan
- live in the Township of Cavan Monaghan
- go to school in the Township of Otonabee – South Monaghan
- own property in the Township of Otonabee – South Monaghan
- or live on Hiawatha First Nation reserve
If you live outside of Otonabee – South Monaghan, we have out-of-town membership options available.

Get a Library Card
You can sign up for a library card in person or online. If you apply in person, please bring proof of address and identification to our Circulation Desk.
